The Lawn House is a stunning, three storey property, Grade II listed Georgian Barn conversion, in a secluded and tranquil location on the outskirts of Modbury. A sweeping drive leads up to the property that is positioned within a small cluster of private cottages surrounded by meadows and amidst the South Devon countryside. Beautifully furnished throughout with every attention to detail, The Lawn House is exceptionally comfortable and provides a superb base for family and friends wishing to explore the matchless South Devon coastline with its fabulous sandy beaches and breathtakingly beautiful coastal path or visit the charming estuary towns and villages dotted throughout this area. Modbury, with its wonderful array of independent shops and eateries, craft centre and impressive church, lies just 2 miles away. At the bustling hamlet of Bigbury-on-Sea, visitors can follow a 4 mile long ‘tidal lane; during low tide or visit Burgh Island, with its 14th century inn and smuggling connections. The beach at Bantham is easily accessible and a very popular surf destination, as is Thurlestone, a very popular chocolate-box village of thatched cottages, with an impressive golden sandy beach backed by rolling farmland and National Trust parking. There is golf and fishing nearby, as well as beautiful views towards Dartmoor National Park, a haven for walkers and nature lovers.

Bedroom 1 with King size 5ft bed, French style wardrobe and dressing table, beautiful view across the lawn. En suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
