The Lodge is a beautifully finished, single-storey home offering modern and stylish holiday accommodation for couples and families. Situated in a peaceful hamlet, just outside the village of Middleton and less than five miles from King’s Lynn, there are numerous picturesque villages, walks and beaches close by.
This luxurious and well appointed modern property is ideal for those who enjoy one level living. The spacious, open-plan living area comprises of a fully fitted, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that opens on to the sitting area with television and a cosy open fire, making The Lodge an ideal bolthole all year round. A dining table with four chairs is positioned next to french doors that open out on to the lovely enclosed garden and countryside view beyond.
There are two well-proportioned bedrooms, a super-king and a twin, both with en-suite bathrooms. A convenient utility/cloakroom and spacious hallway complete the layout. Outside there is a gravel driveway with plenty of room for parking as well as an enclosed, lawned garden with space for children and a four-legged friend to play.
