Set in the private surroundings within the grounds of the owners’ house, the Folly is a gem if you’re looking for peace and quiet in an exceptional location. Arranged over three floors, the accommodation sits within unusual, hexagonal shaped rooms offering a unique experience.
Access to the cottage is via stone steps and a lit pathway and you will enter into the Kitchen Dining Room with oak fitted units, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table for two. The first floor hosts a living room with wood burning stove, two armchairs, writing table and sash windows with internal shutters.
The second floor is where the first and only bedroom is located with a king size bed, dressing table and small ensuite shower room/WC, while outside there is a private paved patio with gas barbecue outside the front door to The Folly.
There is wifi or internet access available at The Folly at Castlebridge in Mere. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in The Folly at Castlebridge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Off road parking. One small dog on request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: The bedroom is accessed via antique spiral staircase and there is not suitable for those with limited mobility, babies and children.
