It offers two bedrooms, both of which are doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, sleeping four in total. Inside is also a shower room, an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, and a utility. To the exterior is ample off-road parking and an enclosed decked verandah with garden furniture and a barbecue. The Lake House is surrounded by wildlife and countryside, offering the perfect base for couples, a family or friends.

The sides slope gently away towards the lake bed which has been contoured and sculptured to different depths to provide more interesting features for both fish and angler.
