Finders Cottage is a semi-detached, reverse style property, laid out over two floors. It is tucked away in a peaceful corner on the edge of the wonderful gardens of Maenporth Estate, and backing onto a tree enclosed lawn.
This two-bedroom cottage has a cosy and homely feel. It also has a bright conservatory, with granite dining table and chairs, that adds extra space and then opens onto the patio and large grassed area. There's a comfy garden sofa outside plus a wooden patio table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining as you watch the sun set.
The cottage has been lovingly refurbished to create a simple, yet beautiful, holiday home for a family or couples looking to retreat from everyday stress and totally relax. Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove with a sandy beach. It's also close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy coastal walks, and the great outdoors. There is a superb restaurant and bar overlooking the family-friendly beach where guests can unwind and enjoy some great, locally sourced food. If you're looking for something less formal, try 'Life's a Beach Cafe' which is situated on the Maenporth sands. The resort has a large 15m indoor, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and games room with table tennis and a pool table in the leisure centre. Outside there is a children's play area and two all-weather courts courts, plus a grassed area for playing football or other family ball games. You can also walk down directly to the beach through a lovely woodland path.
