33 Lower Stables is a homely three bedroom apartment overlooking Maenporth Beach. Simple, comfortable and welcoming, its a great base for enjoying the Maenporth facilities, and the beach is just a short walk down the hill. Downstairs features a large, open plan living and dining area, and the kitchen. The balcony has views out across Maenporth beach, and is perfect for catching the sun with the morning paper. The master bedroom has a wonderful outlook over the sea, and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as a downstairs shower room. Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and theres a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts , pool and table tennis tables, and a children's play area. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. Its a great destination for families or couples all year round.
