Flat 8 is a lovely first floor apartment set in the seaside village of Lynmouth in the Exmoor National Park. This apartment sleeps six people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double room and a family room with a double and children's bunks in it. The apartment also has a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking for one car. Flat 8 is a comfy base for venturing out to see what this part of Devon has to offer, with its seaside town and villages and walking and cycling routes.

All first floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x family room with 1 double and 1 children's bunks. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room.

Electric convector heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, TV with Freeview, WiFi available in public areas, selection of books. First £5 of electricity inc. in rent, remainder by coin meter. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry Cats and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: Limited space to one side of the bed in the double bedroom. Note: Between the bunk bed and double bedroom in the family room is a privacy curtain. Note: Apartment accessed via a curved staircase and then there are two steps to access apartment and two steps between the bunk bed and double bed in the family room. Note: Max age for children's bunks is 12 years.
