The Gatehouse is situated in Pennington Village on the outskirts of the bustling coastal market town of Lymington. The property provides a perfect base to explore not only the magical ancient forest and heathland of the New Forest but also the beautiful coast line of the National Park as well. The Gatehouse lends itself perfectly to a three generation home from home family get away with downstairs twin bedroom, while upstairs there is a double ensuite bedroom and a special children's bedroom. The light and airy feel to the open plan kitchen lounge area is perfect for relaxing, whilst the direct access to the courtyard garden gives a perfect back drop for al fresco dining. The Gatehouse is set in a secluded area, ideal for children, within the gated grounds of Ramley House. Not only does the property have a great location to explore the local area, the building itself has a colourful history. The two hundred year old Grade II listed building was originally the coach house to the country retreat of the famous conductor and composer Sir Thomas Beecham giving a unique point of interest to your stay.
