Centrally located in the picturesque Georgian market town of Lymington, Mount Bank is just a minutes; walk from the popular High Street. Beautifully renovated and refurbished in 2022, the property has been lovingly restored and finished to a very high standard throughout. The house is ideal for a multi-generational family or for couples and families wishing to holiday together, including four comfortable bedrooms with crisp white linen, 2 en suites and a family bathroom for guests; convenience. Downstairs has underfloor heating throughout and has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a separate lounge snug making perfect entertaining space for all groups. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod-cons and has been equipped with beautiful Sophie Conran crockery.
The property will accept two well behaved dogs with ideal coastal walking routes just 10 minutes from the front door. Lymington has much to entertain, with an array of award-winning eateries, high street shops and boutiques, and showcases a fantastic Saturday Charter Market which claims the whole length of Lymington High Street. Further down towards the riverside is Town Quay and the yachting marinas. Wander alongside the river passing Lymington Seawater Baths, and you will reach Lymington and Keyhaven Nature reserve, taking you right along the seawall and the Solent Way footpath with stunning views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight. Reduced occupancy discount available all year for 1-6 guests. Please note if only 6 guests stay at the property bedrooms 1,2 & 4 only will be made up.
