Quietly situated behind Broad Street, the Seafoal is set within an exclusive apartment building, Holmcroft, and its private, gated grounds. From its second floor position (with lift access from the first floor), this beautiful apartment enjoys superb outlooks on all sides, giving a unique sense of connection with Lyme. Bright, spacious and stylish, the contemporary living space has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, while a large Juliet balcony frames the sea view. The generous sofa is a perfect place for gazing out at the ever changing seascape. Guests love the large roof terrace, which overlooks the towns iconic Georgian buildings and has sofas and chairs as well as an infra-red heater for chilly days and evenings. The bedroom has views over Holmcrofts pretty communal garden, with its &lsquosecret; gate leading directly into Langmoor Gardens then down to the famous Cobb harbour and the beach for fossiling walks. A welcome pack for your arrival ensures a great start to your holiday. With an allocated onsite parking space and a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars, the Seafoal is ideal for couples wanting a luxurious stay with everything effortlessly close by.
