West Looe has useful food shops, cafes and an historic pub, the 'Jolly Sailor', reputedly the oldest in Looe all within easy walking distance.
East Looe offers a host of shops, pubs, restaurants and the sandy beach, all accessible by a leisurely ten minute walk, or by the charming passenger ferry from the harbour side.
