Riccan Cottage is a beautiful, spacious barn conversion near Looe, in a lovely farm setting on the edge of Lanreath village. The property is set mostly on the ground floor, with one master double bedroom upstairs with a balcony to enjoy the pretty surrounding countryside. There is also a twin room downstairs, and both rooms have excellent en-suite facilities. The sitting room enjoys exposed beams and an apex ceiling, along with a woodburner. Next door, the kitchen is well-equipped with a dining table and outside is a garden and off road parking for two cars. Guests can also make use of a shared tennis court and a games room, with table tennis and a pool table. A excellent holiday base for exploring Cornwall's south coast!
