The School Room is a studio cottage, dating back to the 1830's and is located near the Welsh borders in the town of Kington. This upper ground floor cottage comprises of an open plan studio living area with a double bed, fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area which contains two single sofa beds, along with a separate shower room. There is also storage area for two bicycles and free parking in the town square 100 metres from the cottage. With many walks, cycle routes and attractions nearby, The School Room is a lovely cottage for a break in the Herefordshire countryside.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Storage area for two bicycles. Free parking in town square 50 metres from property (guests can pull up outside property to load/unload). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Five stone steps up to front door, further four steps inside property.
