Presented to a good standard throughout and well equipped this property coming with two reception rooms, a lovely South facing patio and garden and nearby village parking is ideal for those looking for a base for exploring the surrounding area. Kingsbridge centre is just 10 minutes; walk away and popular Salcombe, Bantham and Thurlestone are all within a short drive. The village pub ‘The Ring O;Bells' is situated just a very short walk away.
