It has two bedrooms including a double and a twin, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside you will find an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside there is off road parking, communal lawns with benches, a shared games room, a tennis court, football pitch and children's play area. Honeysuckle Cottage is a stylish cottage in a fabulous South Devon location.

Shared use of leisure facilities including external games room with pool table and table tennis etc, separate snooker room with full-size table, indoor heated swimming pool and coin-operated sauna, children's outdoor play area, hard court tennis court and pitch and putt course. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles. Note: Shared games room open from 8am -9pm.
