Clements House is a Cotswolds home based in Kingham, Gloucestershire. It lies in a charming village house that dates back many years and touches of this history can be found throughout the property. With its large open fire, exposed beams and flagstone floors. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen and dining area. There is a ground floor cloakroom and WC. Upstairs has two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and WC, one twin bedroom and one double bedroom + single and another separate bedroom with small single, as well as three separate family bathrooms and WC. To the rear of the property, there is a garden with a terrace area and furniture provided. Off road parking is available. Clements House is an excellent cottage for those family breaks.
There is wifi or internet access available at Clements House in Kingham. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Clements House's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Aga is used Oct-April on a low temperature as a source of heating only. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rear garden with terrace, table and chairs, further large garden. One well behaved pet welcome. (The Aga is at a low temperature for heating only and not for cooking, for the months of Oct-April only)
Off road parking. Sorry, no smoking. Cot and highchair available. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Note:
