Also in the apartment is an open plan living area with a kitchen and breakfast bar with patio doors to an impressive sea facing balcony. There is a useful mezzanine with additional seating and desk for study or work. Outside the balcony is sunny and enjoys magnificent sea views. Parking can be found in a nearby car park 400m, or roadside out of season, space permitting. The apartment is positioned a few yards from the coastal footpath and 3 minutes walk to the harbour town's amenities. Oceanside Penthouse is a super apartment for a couple or family seaside holiday.
