Portscatho is a beautiful first-floor apartment at Helford Passage, just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn. From the lounge and you'll have a great view of the Helford River from the Juliet balcony with all the associated sights and sounds. The apartment has a spacious living area and 3 bedrooms as well as an attic den with TV DVD and Playstation, a perfect place for the kids to make a noise and escape the adults. Helford Passage nestles on the banks of the beautiful river Helford, with a sandy beach and direct access to the South West Coastal Path. Theres plenty to do on site including hire of kayaks or paddle boards to get you out on the water, or if you prefer, try the heated outdoor swimming pool (open from 1st May until the end of September). The Ferryboat Inn specialises in seafood dishes and holds regular music and quiz nights. The local ferry can take you across to pretty Helford village where you can meander along the shore to explore Daphne Du Mauriers Frenchmans Creek. Alternatively relax and enjoy good food at the welcoming Shipwrights Arms in Helford or venture further afield to the Historic Falmouth, rugged Lands End or the gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan. All the traditional attractions of a Cornish Holiday such as nearby fishing trips, golf, cycling, horse-riding, seaside fish and chips, coastal walks, art galleries and stunning beaches make this a perfect base for couples or families all year round.

Bedroom 1 with river views, 5ft double bed, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 with two 3ft single beds. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk beds- only bottom two beds are accessible for guests. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin WC and heated towel rail. Separate cloakroom with WC and basin. Further shower room. Retractable ladder to converted loft space with sofa, bean bags, TV, DVD and Playstation, plus office space with computer.
Please note: There is a flight of external steps down to the property from the car park, or you can walk down a longer slope. You'll be able to pull up directly outside the property for unloading suitcases and shopping.
