1 Lingfell is a semi detached wing of a Georgian house in the Cumbrian town of Grange-over-Sands. The cottage has four bedrooms consisting of two doubles and two twins, and a double sofa bed for two children, plus two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Ideal for a family holiday, 1 Lingfell is perfect for discovering Cumbria, Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales.

Note: There are 12 gentle, gradual steps to the front of the property with handrail and 12 standard steps with handrail to the rear of the property.
