Pipits is a period detached cottage situated in the heart of the village of Exford, in the Exmoor National Park, in North Somerset and can sleep eight people in two king-size double bedrooms and one family room. There is a family bathroom and shower room on the first floor and an additional shower and WC on the ground floor. The rest of the house contains a kitchen, utility room, dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. There is also a snug with a woodburner and a sofa bed. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for four cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture and barbecue. Pipits is an ideal base for families wishing to explore the delights of the Exmoor National Park.
