The Old Mill is a comfortable and tasteful presented holiday home that has been imaginatively converted from the original mill to make a superb individual, spacious and characterful property, ideally suited for those looking for a self catering holiday close to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth, South Devon and the busy Salcombe estuary. Tucked away in the shadow of the Norman church it enjoys a delightful unspoilt rural location and it is a pleasant stroll downhill to the beautiful sandy beaches and the passenger ferry that can take you across to Salcombe, bustling with activity during the season. This property is also pet friendly, so theres no excuse for not getting out and about and doing some serious walking. The National Trust headlands and South West Coastal Path are nearby, granting the visitor some truly spectacular views of this beautiful coastline. The village of East Prawle, with its popular pub, The Pigs Nose, provides an entertaining venue and Torcross, with its shingle beach and freshwater nature reserve and the former fishing village of Beesands, both with excellent pub/restaurants are also worth visiting. Please Note: With bookings taking advantage of the smaller party discount only two bedrooms will be made up. Please specify which ones you'd prefer at the time of booking.
