With its period features, The Elbow cottage is full of charm and offers comfortable and cosy accommodation for up to four guests. On the ground floor the entrance porch leads in to a pretty sitting and dining room with a feature fireplace with an electric wood burning effect fire. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable sofas or the window seats whilst watching television or reading, and the dining table and chairs share this attractive open-plan room.

There is a bright modern kitchen with doors out to the terraced garden and stairs leading from the kitchen to the two bedrooms, both with their own en-suite bathrooms.

The cottage is ideally situated for walking and cycling, and exploring the stunning Jurassic Coast. There are numerous seaside towns and villages just a short drive away including Weymouth, Westbay, Lyme Regis, Lulworth and iconic Durdle Door. Nearby is the county town of Dorchester with its shops and cinemas, Roman Town House, Iron Age hill fort, museums and Thomas Hardy’s Max Gate and Cottage. When staying at the cottage there are numerous quaint villages within easy reach including Cerne Abbas with its famous Giant, and a wide selection of local pubs and attractions within a short drive.
