The property accommodates four people in two bedrooms (one ground floor twin room, one second floor en suite double room), and benefits from a family bathroom. There is also a fabulous well equipped, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room. Outside, there is a secluded, sunny decked area, perfect for al fresco dining, and the property also has a parking permit for one car. The accommodation is ideal for one/two couples or a young family, looking to explore Dartmouth.
