Siskin is a lakeside property situated in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. It is located in the Lower Mill Estate, which is a 450 acre, private nature reserve where you can enjoy peaceful walks around the lake. The property opens up to a large open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a fitted kitchen and dining area with seating provided, and French doors leading outside. First floor has two king-size bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room and WC. Further twin room. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. Second floor has super king size suite with en suite shower room and balcony. Outside has a decking area with seating and a gas barbecue provided. Guests have access to the Artspa, which offers indoor, outdoor and heated eco pools, as well as a state of the art gym and a selection of spa treatments. Serenity is the ultimate holiday destination.
There is wifi or internet access available at Siskin in Cotswold Water Park. Perfect for searching for things to do whilst on holiday, catching up on emails or even work if you have to.

Private balcony to this room.
Gas central heating with woodburning stove, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. washing machine and tumble dryer. TV with DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Guests are free to enjoy the 450 acre private nature reserve at your leisure with unlimited access to the Artspa, which offers indoor, outdoor and eco pools, gym and spa. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Off road parking. Note: This property requires a refundable Good House Keeping Bond of £500 paid prior to arrival.
