Gardener's Cottage is a lovely holiday home, set within two acres of grounds with Alma House, a Victorian gentleman's residence dating back to the 1875. The cottage has two bedrooms, a room with a king-size bed on the first floor than can be unzipped into twin beds on request, plus a room with a single bed on the ground floor and a bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath an shower attachment. Downstairs is kept cosy with underfloor heating; there is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a multi-fuel stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture along with shared use of the owner's hot tub. Gardener's Cottage has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, yet is within half a mile of local amenities, making it a wonderful base for a break in the country.
