Inside you will find three bedrooms, one ground floor double, a double with an en-suite, including a walk-in shower, basin and WC and a bunk bedroom. You will also find a ground floor bathroom with shower over bat, basin and WC. High chair and cot available. Additional rooms include a sitting room with an electric fire place and a well-appointed kitchen with dining area. Outside you will find off-road parking and an enclosed garden area to the rear of the property, complete with a lawned area and garden furniture. Southmead Cottage is a delightful cottage, perfect for exploring the rural area with your loved ones.
