Utility with WC.Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Situated on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, Ty Ni is a lovely family cottage all year round.

Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 8 mins walk, Pub 2 miles. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Note: There is no pavement on the road leading to the shop.
