A superb three-storey conversion of a Victorian village school with super comfortable, luxury interiors, off-road parking and only a few minutes' walk away from the heart of this pretty Georgian village.

2 The Old School now offers the convenience of stylish, contemporary boutique living in a character building. Enjoying a peaceful location in a cul-de-sac of just five properties, a private courtyard garden and lovely views of the pretty flint Norman Ulph Church, this fabulous, sophisticated property has much to recommend it. Feature wallpapers, quality furniture, colourful soft furnishings, a well-equipped high end kitchen and bathrooms set the scene. The ground floor has been redesigned by the owners to open up the living space and create a light and airy kitchen/dining and living area that now flows naturally from one side of the house to the other. The double doors at the living end open to the courtyard garden and make the most of the captivating church view. Upstairs are three opulent bedrooms (super-king, king and double) spread over two floors, and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite.

2 The Old School is the perfect spot for a romantic break, and will suit two to three couples looking for a short or longer break at any time of the year. Families are also welcome to stay, although there is no equipment provided for small children. Burnham Market is an all year round destination, with fabulous places to eat, boutique and lifestyle shopping, and art galleries to browse. The beautiful North Norfolk coastline and its stunning beaches are within easy reach and walks along the North Norfolk coastal path are a feast for the eyes, senses and wellbeing.
