Mahonia Cottage is a wonderfully spacious link-detached cottage situated in a quiet area away from the main village green yet close enough to walk to fabulous local shops, pubs and eateries and, of course, the acclaimed Hoste Arms.
The cottage itself is very light and bright, and has been newly decorated throughout. There is plenty of reception space with a large conservatory, a wonderful open-plan dining kitchen, a cosy sitting room with comfy sofas and an open fire; also underfloor heating to the ground floor (excluding the conservatory). Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the master is en-suite and there is a delightful twin bedroom with full-size single beds with a fabulous arched window.
The garden is south facing and fully enclosed, safe for dogs and children. A gate leads into the parking area at the back of the cottage, where there are two parking spaces for the cottage.
Additional Information
Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
The stair gate is fixed to the bottom of the stairs.
