There are two bedrooms: one first floor double with an Edwardian fireplace, and third first floor twin with an en-suite basin and WC. There is a first floor family bathroom and utility room with doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs has an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is a garden on a raised level with a patio area. Limpet Cottage is the perfect getaway for small families.

Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed garden with patio area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 1 minute walk, shop 5 minute walk. Beach 1 mile. Note: Children must be supervised at all times in the garden due to the steep steps. Note: The twin bedroom is up steeps stairs and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The property is entered via a number of outside steps, and therefore starts on the first floor. Note: The fires in the property are for decorative purposes only. Note: Parking is available in a nearby public car park approximately 5 minutes away.
