A short set of steps lead up to the entrance of the cottage and into the kitchen A couple more steps lead into the living room with a dining table which features beautiful South aspect views across the gardens and the wonderful countryside beyond The cottage sleeps up to 4 guests in three bedrooms one double and two single bedrooms The family bathroom is comprised of bath toilet and hand basin

A former threshing barn has been turned into an indoor badminton court next door the Barn Cottage which guests are welcome to make use of The other side of the

Badminton Barn

is the main house and there is another holiday property to the East which sleeps up to 5 guests The Badminton Court and the gardens are shared with the other cottage

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome by prior arrangement maximum of 2

A supplementary fee of

10 per dog will be added to your invoice Dogs are welcome but please do not allow them on the furniture or leave them alone in the property at any time

Electricity and oil for central heating will be charged as used at cost price based on metre reading

Barn Cottage is available for week-long bookings Short breaks or long-weekends are also available outside of peak season The cottage will be ready from 3 pm on the day you arrive Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests

The views were great and it was well located for visiting the beaches and inland tourist attractions. We particularly enjoyed the log fire in the evening. The view of the Welsh coast from the rear of the cottage is spectacular too.
