Broad Ash Lodge is a wonderful, semi-detached holiday home, situated beside the owner's home on the outskirts of Bradninch, in the Culm Valley, Devon. The property is set over lower and upper ground floors, with a king-size double bedrooms and a double room, plus a family bathroom. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off road parking for one car. With many footpaths nearby and a traditional village pub a short walk away, Broad Ash Lodge is a great base for exploring rural Devonshire life.
