The Old Post Office is a beautifully presented ground floor apartment within the old post office building in picturesque Beesands. Situated a stones; throw from the beach and with stunning views out over Start Bay and towards Start Point Lighthouse, The Old Post Office makes a fantastic retreat to enjoy the beach, South West coast path and surrounding villages and towns such as Dartmouth and Kingsbridge. This lovely property has a light airy lounge, kitchen/diner which opens out onto a communal courtyard area, shower room and two cosy bedrooms, perfect to escape, unwind and enjoy listening to the waves lapping on the shore. The quaint fishing village of Beesands is situated on the South West coast path, twenty minutes from the bustling market town of Kingsbridge and thirty minutes from the historic Naval town of Dartmouth. It boasts a long stretch of beach along Start Bay. The village has a large village green, a freshwater lake Widdecombe Ley, a popular village pub The Cricket Inn serving good food and drink, and a seafood restaurant. The village is surrounded by spectacular countryside sloping down to the coast offering some dazzling scenery to enjoy.
