Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Outside has a front decking area with furniture and barbecue. 10 Cliff Lane is the perfect property for exploring all of Lincolnshire.
On nice days, when you want to relax you can sit out in Lake View Lodge's garden and enjoy the sun shine. Children also love the outdoors so it can be a great place for them. Although, with young children you should always check any garden is safe for them.

Note: Though all the rooms are on the ground floor, there are a few steps leading up to the property and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Please note: Fishing is available direct from the cottage with its own landing area, a fishing licence is required.
