In an old property on a 3 ha site, in the middle of the Serra da Estrela natural park, a charming studio (27 m2), equipped with a great deal of taste and ideal for visitors who love long walks. The garden-park (shared) is divided into terraces where everyone will find some space. The property has a swimming pool, tennis court, an archery field and shared barbecue, as well as a shared games/relaxation room (billiards, table football, table tennis). The Casas do Toural are a group of 8 old country houses that have been restored, set in a 3 ha property with a chateau and organic farm (chicken, sheep, fruit and vegetables). Walks can be arranged on request in the nature reserve, as well as a visit to a sheep farm producing the famous Serra cheese or to the vineyards (with tasting which must be paid for). Breakfast and organic produce can be ordered from the farm.
A superb spot for a holiday, fairly unique and full of cultural and sporting attractions for visitors to explore. There are a number of walks starting from the cottage.
