XVII century, fully restored rural property measuring 90 m2, located in Bages, in central Catalonia. Transport links are excellent and the breathtaking Montserrat mountains are a mere 30 km away. There is also a spiral staircase leading to a small attic. Outside there is a patio, a wooded area and a shared swimming pool. The owners run a small farm and offer visits should guests desire. A series of wine cellars and an unusual snail farm, just 2 km from the house are also well worth a visit.
